Gut aber mit Abstrichen wegen Unsauberke

Fenster im schlechten Zustand, Kitt fällt aus, Dusche eigentlich nicht mehr zu benutzen, da Schimmelbildung um die Ränder und innen, Glasscheiben von Dusche verkeimt, Herd verbrannte Reste auf der Herdplatte und Töpfe am Boden ebenso. Es liegt nicht nur an dem Vermieter, Nein, jeder Nutzer hat die Pflicht seine genutzten Geräte, Geschirr usw. zu Reinigen. Trotzdem würden wir das wieder mieten, sehr gute Lage.
