Comfortable holiday rental with a large terrace!<br><br>Enjoy a wonderfully relaxing holiday in our "Helmers" holiday rental on Juist! It’s an oasis of comfort for three to four people.<br><br>Bright rooms, stylish furnishings in harmonious colours, charming accessories, and high-quality oak floorboards give the holiday rental a very welcoming atmosphere. The optimal layout—featuring a spacious living room, an open kitchen, two separate bedrooms, a shower room, a storage room, a closet, and a terrace—offers plenty of space for you to fully unwind.<br><br>For enjoyable moments together, the living room is equipped with, among other things, a cosy sofa area (two two-seaters) and a modern TV (with Sky). At the dining area in the bay window—featuring a round table and seating for four—you can start planning your wonderful holiday day on Juist right at breakfast: a day of swimming at the beach, a bike ride through the dunes, or a trip to the “seawater adventure pool”!<br><br>The holiday rental’s 18 m² wind-protected terrace also invites you to relax to your heart’s content. Two lounge chairs, a round table with four seats and two stools, as well as a large awning, provide the perfect setting to enjoy the sun, read a good book in peace, or sit together comfortably in the evening with a glass of wine.<br><br>The open-concept kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering—including a 4-burner stove with oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Various small appliances, such as a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, egg cooker, and food processor, are also provided. <br><br>One of the two separate bedrooms in the holiday rental on Juist is furnished with a double bed (90 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables mounted on the side, and a large built-in closet. The second separate bedroom features a bunk bed (90 cm x 190 cm), a built-in closet, and a fold-down desk. This room is well-suited for use as a children’s room. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains.<br><br>Additional comfort awaits you in the bathroom. A walk-in shower, a towel warmer, and a large built-in mirrored cabinet lend the room style and cosiness. <br><br>Free Wi-Fi is available in the holiday rental at no additional cost. Unfortunately, there is no space for a cot or high chair; the apartment is suitable for children ages 14 and older. Pets are not allowed.
