Cosy single-family house "beim Kainzbauer", 2 storeys, detached, renovated in 2023. 3 km from the centre of St.Veit, 3 km from the centre of Schwarzach, 10 km from the centre of St. Johann, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 3 km from the lake, 13 km from the skiing area. Private: property 500 m2. Children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: WiFi, sauna, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Supermarket 3 km, bus stop "Nach Schwarzach" 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, bathing lake 3 km. Ski lift 13 km, gondola lift 13 km, ski bus stop 250 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: St. Johann/Alpendorf 13 km, Skizirkus Gastein 18 km.

Amazing Time

We were in the house with 8 of our friends and our kid. We loved every second there. The hosts were super lovely, the house was clean, the sauna was huge, the kitchen had everything we wanted. We would like to come back at some point. Thank you very much, you guys!

Tolle Ausstattung, freundliche Menschen

Nette freundliche Eigentümer, hilfsbereit und diskret. Geräumiges Haus, weit mehr als eine Hütte. Alles prima, inklusive Sauna (nur der Kicker ist nicht der beste). Tolle Location, die ich absolut empfehlen kann.

Uns fehlte es wirklich an nichts. Super ausgestattete Küche und Bäder. Alles sehr sauber und neuwertig. Ganz tolle Vermieter und viele Ausflugsziele für Familien in der Umgebung.

neuwertige, umfangreiche Ausstattung

Wir waren zu neunt für 9 Tage und hatten leider nicht das beste Wetter. Umso besser war es, dass die Unterkunft so toll ausgestattet war. A. und T. haben uns den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht und waren immer für einen smalltalk da.  Der Außenbereich mit großer Sitzgarnitur, Grill und Tischtennis konnte man auch bei Regen gut nutzen.  Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge nach Salzburg oder in die hohen Alpen. Aber auch in der näheren Umgebung gelebt es viele Ausflugsziele.
