FLOATING HOUSES are “floating holiday homes” that beautifully combine the amenities of a comfortable holiday home with the special holiday feeling of being on a boat on the water.<br><br>The Fischland house underwent extensive modernization and renovation in the winter/spring of 2026; virtually all the furniture, including the kitchen, was replaced.<br><br>Enjoy the unique maritime atmosphere in the spacious, light-filled living room. <br>Watch the play of light on the water or relax in a lounge chair on the balcony. <br>Just by looking out the window, you’re right in the heart of nature: fish leap, waterfowl circle right in front of the terrace, and in spring and fall, you can spot cranes. The town offers recreational activities for every taste: bike rentals, a mini-golf course, boat tours, and much more.<br><br>The FLOATING HOUSE Fischland is modernly furnished and features two decks:<br><br>The lower level (approx. 35 sqm)<br><br>The first deck features a spacious living room with a dining area and kitchenette. The living room is furnished in a modern, nautical style with a sofa and a rocking chair. The dining table seats up to 6 people, and a high chair is available free of charge. Adjacent to the living room is a terrace, where 4 garden chairs and a table are provided for your use.<br><br>The upper level (approx. 40 sqm)<br><br>On the second deck, you’ll find 2 bedrooms with double beds (Bedroom 1: 180×200, Room 2: 160×200) and one room with a 2-meter-long single bed, which can be pulled out to form a double bed but can also be used as a study, reading room, or playroom. All mattresses are like new; one mattress in Room 1 is softer.
