- Sehr netter und bemühter Vermieter. Schöne, saubere Wohnung.- Der Vermieter forderte Fotos von Vorder- und Rückseite meines Personalausweises, um evtl. von uns versursachte Schäden sicher abrechnen zu können.- Es fehlte einmal Bettwäsche, dafür entschuldigte sich der Vermieter am nächsten Morgen schriftlich und sorgte zeitnah für Abhilfe. - Das Dreibettzimmer im Spitzboden ist sehr eng, bedingt durch die Dachschrägen auch sehr niedrig und nur über die steile Wendeltreppe zugänglich.- Das Dreibettzimmer unten bietet ebenso wie die dort befindlichen beiden Zeibettzimmer hinreichreichend Platz.- Die Wohnung ist für 7 Personen ideal, die Schlafgelegenheit für weitere Personen erfordern entsprechende Kompromisse.- Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn der Preis stimmt.

Lage gut
Der erste Eindruck war in Ordnung, auf dem zweiten Blick waren viele Mängel zusehen. Die zweite Toilette war kaputt
War nicht zu benutzen. Viele Steckdosen waren aus der Verankerung gerissen Der Fußboden war an mehreren Stellen kaputt. Der Herd war sehr schmutzig Ekelig. Die Betten unten waren in Ordnung, Oben war es sehr eng haben wir nicht benutzt. Ein zweites mal würden wir die Unterkunft nicht mieten.
