My family had a great stay at this property. The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a good stay. Our host was extremely responsive when I reached out, which was appreciated. I was a bit worried when we arrived of potential traffic noise because the house is close to a busy road, but we couldn't hear anything once we were inside. It's a bit of a trek to get into Seattle proper, if that's on your agenda, but there are some other great suburb towns and sight seeing close by that we might have otherwise missed altogether if we hadn't been staying here. Overall this spot worked well for our family in terms of space, comfort, and location. Each of my older kids had a bedroom to themselves, there was a toddler bed for my youngest, parking wasn't an issue, and being pet friendly, we were able to bring our dog. Had a great time, no complaints!

This house was advertised as 3bedroom 2 bath and AC. It was only 2 bedroom as I do not consider the tiny loft with a child's bed a 3rd bedroom. There was only 1 bathroom. no split AC unit as pictured. That all being said, it was safe, clean, with a wonderful washer and dryer and very good location which we needed to help our daughter move into a new townhome.I would advise the owners/property managers to have more written info available in the home. This is the first VRBO that I have been in that does not have an info book about operating the heater, how to operate the TV etc.I think with a change in the property info and another fan or 2, helpful household info available this rating could improve.Thank youCathy Thompson

Thank you, Cathleen Thompson, for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you found the home safe, clean, conveniently located, and that you enjoyed the washer and dryer during your stay. We would also like to clarify a few details for future guests. The home has 3 bedrooms: 2 queen bedrooms on the main level and a primary bedroom with a king bed on the upper level. The primary bedroom also has its own ensuite bathroom and private balcony. In addition, there is a full bathroom on the main level and another full bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower in the downstairs entertainment area. Regarding air conditioning, the A/C unit is located in the primary bedroom, as indicated in the property information. The home does not have central A/C throughout. We appreciate your suggestion about providing additional instructions for the home. Thank you again for staying with us, and we appreciate your feedback as we continue improving the guest experience.
