This cozy vacation rental is located on the first floor of a two-unit building. The first floor is also rented out as a vacation rental. The apartment features a large, open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area; a bedroom with a double bed; and a modern bathroom with natural light, featuring a spacious corner bathtub, a separate shower, a large sink, and a wall-mounted toilet. (Please bring your own bed linens and towels. You can optionally book these as an add-on for an additional fee).
The apartment is suitable for up to 2 people (and, upon request, 1 dog). The staircase, which is equipped with a child safety gate, leads to the very spacious living, dining, and kitchen area. This makes the living and dining room the central gathering place in the vacation apartment and offers all the comforts you’d expect. A cozy couch area guarantees relaxing hours in front of the wood-burning stove and/or while watching a (hopefully) interesting TV show. Or perhaps you’d prefer to unwind with an exciting book? The dining area, featuring a spacious dining table and comfortable chairs, is located right next to the kitchenette. A refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a glass-ceramic stove with an oven, and a full set of dishes and cutlery truly leave nothing to be desired. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and more round out the amenities! And for peace and relaxation, the spacious balcony—which is hidden from the neighbors’ view—is the perfect spot; you can access it from both the living room and the bedroom. This vacation rental can truly be described as offering absolutely top-of-the-line amenities.
A pet may be booked as an optional addition for an extra fee. All dangerous dog breeds are excluded. Please understand that we can only accept pets that are clean and well-behaved. Pets are not allowed on the beds.
