Welcome to Apartments Milena, two charming holiday apartments for 4 guests each, nestled in one half of a semi-detached house in the quiet village of Perci. The other half of the house is the home of the hospitable owners who ensure a warm and welcoming stay. Originally built in 2009 and carefully renovated in 2016, these flats offer a modern and comfortable retreat just 10km from the lively town of Pore and 5.5km from the nearest beach. Guests of Apartments Milena have access to a spacious 1000 m² property with a shared terrace with barbecue ideal for outdoor dining and a private car park for up to four cars. Families with children will appreciate the nearby playground, which provides a safe and fun place for the little ones to play. Flat Milena 2 on the first floor of the house offers a cosy and inviting space with a total living area of 42 m². This flat has a comfortable living area with access to a private balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening drink. The space has a dining table and a well-equipped kitchen, so you can easily prepare and enjoy meals during your stay. Both double rooms share a second balcony, providing additional outdoor space to relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Please note that no youth groups or stag or hen parties are accepted at this property. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 26 or under.

Wir waren zu viert , als Familie in der Unterkunft. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Alles nötige war vorhanden. Es wurde regelmäßig gefragt, ob wir alles haben was wir brauchen. Die Lage ist ruhig, in einem kleinen Ort. Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Die Unterkunft ist außergewöhnlich im positiven Sinn. Alles ist auf's feinste eingerichtet. Drei Terrassen und freie Gartennutzung werten die fast luxeriöse Ferienwohnung auf. Man parkt den PKW auf dem Hof. Die Gastgeber Familie spricht sehr gut Deutsch und ist für jeden Wunsch offen. Es sind ausgesprochen freundliche Leute. Per Auto ist man ruck zuck am Campingplatz Lanterna, dessen Strand und gepflegtes Ambiente man kostenlos nutzen kann. Nur der Zeltplatzeigene Pool ist allein für Camper begehbar. Zwei Supermärkte liegen ca. 5 Km entfernt, und einen Dritten findet man auf dem Zeltplatz. Überall laden Restaurants zum Essen ein, doch auch die Wohnung bietet eine Küche zur Selbstversorgung. Perci ist ein guter Ausgangsort um die Westküste Istriens auszukundschaften. Städte wie Porec, Umag, Novigrad sind zu empfehlen. Die Perle der Adria stellt allerdings das 45 Km entfernte Rovinj dar. Schon seine beeindruckende Shiluette nimmt unseren Blick gefangen. Die engen, verspielten Gässchenmit 100-ten Boutiquen, der Freiluftmarkt und der Hafen verleihen dieser alten Stadt zusätzlich einen besonders romantischen Liebreiz. Aber auch in's Inland Istriens empfehlen sich sehr schöne Tagestouren. Die Ferienwohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt dazu. Wir geben diesem hervorragendem Appartement die bestmögliche Bewertung.
