Apartment Sophia in Kukci only 4 km from Porec. The apartment is on the first floor of a family house.

The house is extremely well maintained and the grounds are very tidy. The discreet owners live on the second floor but offer their guests complete privacy. In the village there is a store suitable for morning shopping, an excellent local restaurant and a café. The sea and the beautiful beaches are 4 km away.



Apartment Sophia of 60 square meters consists of air-conditioned living area with two seating sets and SAT-TV. Next door is a fully equipped kitchen with dining table. In the air-conditioned bedroom there is a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a washing machine. The apartment has a covered terrace with a seating set, part of the garden with a barbecue and swing for two and a covered parking space. Please note that this accommodation may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to check this. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 26 years or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag party] you may be asked to pay an additional deposit on arrival. Any amounts required to repair damage to the property will be deducted from the deposit.

Die Vermieterin wohnt im gleichen Haus und hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Verständigung ging nur mit Übersetzerprogramm, da Englisch und Deutsch nicht möglich war. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hat im Wohnbereich und Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine stehen auch zur Verfügung. Für das Auto stand ein Carportplatz im Innenhof zur Verfügung. Dieser ist auch gegen Unbefugte gesichert. Wir waren zu Dritt, 2 Erwachsen ein 3 jähriges Kind. Kind war kein Problem, obwohl die Wohnung nur für 2 Erwachsene ausgeschrieben war. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder besuchen, wenn ein Pool zur Verfügung stehen würde.
