Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure all trash is removed. All trash should be placed in bags. No loose trash should be put into trash cans or they will not collect it
Please put all dirty towels in tub/shower. Please strip all linens off beds that were used and leave on the floor of the room
Please set AC to 74 Place dirty dishes in dishwasher and turn on
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay at the “Tree House” Our stay at the “Tree House” in Atlantic Beach was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and completely relaxed. The property was spotlessly clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished, and in a fantastic location, with the beach just a short distance away.This is truly the perfect relaxation spot. The furniture and fixtures are beautiful, and honestly, the pictures do not do this place justice—it is even more beautiful in person! There are thoughtful details throughout that make the space feel warm, inviting, and special.And the host was excellent—welcoming, responsive, and committed to making sure our stay was enjoyable.If you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful, comfortable place to stay in Atlantic Beach, I highly recommend the “Tree House.” We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return! Five stars all the way!
