Nestled on the pristine shores of Singer Island, our condo is located on the second floor, building A, at Phoenix Towers.

Enjoy the benefits of a prime location near upscale dining, world class golf, international airports, and the vibrant cultural offerings of Palm Beach.

Residents enjoy an array of resort style amenities, including a heated pool, sauna, fitness center, clubhouse with barbecue grills, and private beach access complete with showers.

Our Condo is located next door to the Ritz Carlton Residences.

Renter pays the utilities via a flat fee of $150 monthly in addition to rent.
