Villa Greis lies in the small village Kremenje between Buje and Momjan, 12,5 km from the beach.
Nearby there are some of the best konobas (typical taverns) and wine cellars of Istria. The house was built in 1920 and renovated in 2005. On enclosed property of 1500 sqm the guests have use of an open swimming pool od 24 sqm, terrace with a table for outdoor dining, barbecue and two parking spaces.
Holiday home for 6-8 guests with a total living area of 140 sqm, consists of a ground floor with completely equipped tavern, single bedroom with one-person pull-out sofa and en suite shower/toilet. On the first floor, which is accessible from the outside stairs, there is a smaller air-conditioned living area with kitchen and dining table, bedroom with two single beds and en suite shower/toilet, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, shower/toilet.
NOTICE: Guests have free entrance to the holiday resort Kanegra during their stay. Please note that this property may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to check. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag/hen party], you may be asked to pay an additional security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused to the property by you will be deducted from the security deposit.
