Herbsturlaub

Die Ferienwohnung liegt am Ortsrand in zweiter Reihe zur Hauptstraße. Der Altbau ist im vergangenen Jahr wohl renoviert worden und hat eine gute Küchenausstattung für Selbstkocher wie unsere Familie. Wir haben nur eine Mikrowelle vermisst. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Edeka und Bäcker, sind im nächsten Ort etwa 2 km entfernt. Die Inneneinrichtung ist in großen Teilen Schwarz/Grau gehalten, inkl. der Handtücher. Ein Badelaken war für nicht bei allen enthalten. Also lieber mitbringen... Eine Zentralheizung gibt es nicht sondern mobile Elektro-Heizplatten und einen Kaminofen (den wir nicht genutzt haben). Das obere Schlafzimmer ist offen (ohne Tür) also eher für lärmunempfindliche Menschen. Im Altbau knarren Treppen und Türen. Eine "Gäste-Mappe" mit einem Überblick wichtiger Informationen wäre schön gewesen. Insbesondere die Müllentsorgung hat uns anfangs Kopfzerbrechen bereitet. Aber da waren wir nicht die ersten, wie Nachbarn angemerkt haben.

Guten Tag, Danke, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben für die Bewertung. Es ist schade, dass Sie sich nicht einfach gemeldet haben und nachgefragt haben, wo die Mülltonnen sind. Ich habe Ihnen meine Telefonnummer gegeben und Ihnen gesagt, dass Sie sich jederzeit bei mir melden können. Dann hätten Sie auch umgehend das fehlende Duschtuch bekommen. Wir tun alles erdenklich mögliche, damit sich unsere Gäste wohlfühlen und es ihnen an nichts mangelt. Deswegen sind solche Bewertungen einfach frustrierend. Ein Anruf bei mir hätte ihnen sicherlich Ärgernis erspart. Stattdessen nehmen Sie sich lieber im Nachhinein die Zeit, um in einer ausführlichen Bewertung Ihren Frust raus zu lassen.
