A private in-ground pool and a fire-pit lounge, all in one backyard. That combination is genuinely rare in Abilene, and it is the reason most guests book this house. Inside, a spacious four-bedroom,
two-bath home has room for the whole group: comfortable beds in every room, a full kitchen, dining for eight, a living room with a brick fireplace, and in-home laundry. The entire home is single level, so there are no stairs anywhere.

The Backyard
Step out back to a sparkling in-ground pool, a fire-pit lounge with comfortable seating, and a BBQ grill under a big shade tree. There is also a covered patio with outdoor dining and sun loungers by the water. Float the afternoon away, grill dinner, and gather around the fire at night.

Living
Open, bright living room with a large sectional, a smart TV, and a brick fireplace for cool evenings, plus a relaxed sitting nook for coffee or a book.

Kitchen and Dining
Full-size kitchen with a cooktop, double ovens, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee and tea station, stocked with cookware, dishes, and cutlery for a full house. There is an island breakfast bar, a dining table that seats eight, and a sunny breakfast nook in the bay window.

Where You Will Sleep
Four bedrooms, all on one level:
Bedroom 1: queen bed
Bedroom 2: two queen beds
Bedroom 3: queen bed
Bedroom 4: bunk room, a favorite with kids. Full size mattresses on the the bottom bunks and twin size mattresses on the top bunks.Every bedroom has blackout curtains for easy sleep and slow mornings. With 8 beds, the house sleeps 8 very comfortably and up to twelve in all.

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms, both with double vanities and generous counter space. One has a tub and shower combination, the other a walk-in shower, so a full house stays on schedule.

Work and Connect
Fast, reliable WiFi and a dedicated desk, which makes this an easy house to settle into for a longer stay or a working week.

Laundry and Climate
In-home full-size washer and dryer, central heating and air conditioning, and ceiling fans throughout.

Parking and Access
Private driveway parking plus free street parking on a quiet corner lot. Self check-in with a keypad, so you can arrive at any hour. Guests have the entire private home to themselves: all four bedrooms, both bathrooms, the full kitchen, living areas, laundry, and the private fenced backyard with the pool and fire pit.

The Neighborhood
Central Abilene with quick highway access, close to Abilene Christian University, Hardin-Simmons, McMurry, the Hendrick medical district, I-20, restaurants, and groceries. A good base for graduations, family reunions, holidays, and West Texas getaways. We are also glad to host relocation, medical-travel, and monthly stays.

Good to Know
The pool is seasonal, roughly April through October, and is not heated. Pool safety: there is no lifeguard on duty and children must be supervised at all times. No glass in the pool area. The home sits in a quiet residential neighborhood on a corner lot. Please help us be good neighbors by keeping noise down after 10 PM. This is a friendly, non-party household.
