A private holiday home in the Eifel (Vulkaneifel) region in Immerath, Rhineland-Palatinate, equipped for your holiday with a sauna and outdoor shower, a shower room, a kitchen, a living room with 5.4-meter-high ceilings, and two bedrooms, each with a workspace for working from home. The holiday home is suitable for people with allergies; pets are not allowed. This modern, eco-friendly wooden house, built in 2023, offers the ultimate oasis of relaxation in the heart of the Vulkaneifel, accommodating up to four people. Wellness, hiking, fishing, cycling—there’s so much to do here! The ground floor covers 51 square metres, plus two loft levels: 20 square metres can be used as a yoga or exercise room, and 5 square metres are allocated to the second bedroom. 1,000 square metres of outdoor space are available on the hillside. Enjoy the sunset on the southwestern wooden deck, complete with a panoramic view of a volcano; the private area in the northeast with an outdoor shower and grill; or the hillside terrace with a fire pit and sweeping views—or simply relax in the hammock on the lawn.
Accommodation details:
The ecologically built wooden house has been plastered with lime and painted with lime paint on the inside. The flooring is made of natural slate or white-stained spruce wood. It features underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove. The ground floor has a floor area of 51 square metres, plus two loft levels.
There are two separate bedrooms available. One is located on the west side (ground floor) and features a double bed (160 x 200 cm); the second is on a loft level, offering a view of the starry sky, and includes two single beds, each measuring 90 x 200 cm. Below the sleeping loft, on the ground floor, there is a workspace with LAN access. A standout feature is the 5.50 m high ceiling in the living room; in addition to a fully equipped kitchen, this space features a sofa, armchair, and a TV. The living room also provides ladder access to the second large loft. The bathroom, equipped with a toilet, sink, walk-in shower, and sauna, offers access to the outdoor shower via the terrace.

Additional important information:
The small village of Immerath, with a population of approximately 250–300, is in a very quiet location. There is an access road to our holiday home, but it is not a through road! Supermarkets are located approximately 6 km away in Gillenfeld or Lutzerath.
