Welcome to a distinctive private two-level residence in Kaštela, ideally located between Split and Trogir. **The entire 2nd and 3rd floors of the villa are rented exclusively to your group**, providing complete privacy and private use of the residence, rooftop pool, terraces, balconies and designated outdoor areas.

**No other holiday guests stay at the property at any time.** Your group enjoys exclusive use of the entire rented residence and its private outdoor areas.

Start the morning with coffee and an Adriatic view, enjoy lunch outdoors, cool off in the pool or unwind in the evening while watching the sea and nearby islands.

The **3rd-floor rooftop/penthouse level** also includes additional living space, a fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom, with direct access to the rooftop terrace and pool.
