Why they chose this property
We bought this old building that was rich in history. Previous daycare, wellness center, nursing home etc. it had character and potential but needed a tremendous amount of work.
We spent countless hours painting, plumbing and furnishing the building to make it into usable space for short term rentals.
With part of the building dating back to 1920, it didn’t come without its challenges. We are excited we have come this far but still have plenty of other projects to complete.
