The Cesenatico Holiday Park (near Rimini) is located on the Adriatic coast and borders directly on a beautiful sandy beach. Among other amenities, this holiday village offers a pool, entertainment programme, mini-club, restaurant, pizzeria, on-site supermarket, playground, medical office, hair salon, wellness centre, and many sports facilities (tennis, football, etc.), as well as a wide sandy beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas—ensuring a perfect holiday with your family. The beautiful old town with its canal is just 1.5 km away. Just a few kilometres away, you’ll also find well-known destinations such as Rimini, Riccione, or one of the famous amusement parks along the Adriatic coast (Mirabilandia, Aquafun, Italia in Miniatura, Fiabilandia, Oltremare, Le Navi). For art lovers, the art cities of Ravenna (with its basilicas and dazzling Byzantine mosaics), Faenza (with its inimitable ceramics at the International Ceramics Museum), and the world-famous Republic of San Marino are all just a few minutes away. The flat terrain also makes the region ideal for bike tours.
Built in 2019, the Orione mobile home is designed to accommodate up to 5 people, including at least one child up to age 7. It features a bedroom with a double bed and a second room with two single beds, as well as a small bunk bed above them; the windows are equipped with mosquito screens. The living room features a TV and a small kitchenette with a 4-burner gas stove, an Italian moka pot, pans, pots, dishes, and silverware, as well as a small refrigerator. The accommodation has two bathrooms with a toilet, shower, and sink. The covered wooden deck with a table and chairs is perfect for relaxing, while the children can play on the playground or by the pool. A clothes drying rack is available. A cot and high chairs are also available (please reserve when booking). Air conditioning is available; barbecuing is permitted (gas or electric), and a parking space within the complex is also provided. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 3.5 hours. Upon request, half-board or full-board meals can also be booked on-site. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course also possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The holiday park is located right next to the sandy beach, making it ideal for families with children. The wide, gently sloping sandy beach also makes swimming very pleasant. There are bathrooms and showers on the beach. Restaurants, bars, and gelaterias are available for snacks and light meals. In addition to a large public sandy beach, you can also rent lounge chairs and umbrellas.
POOL
Cesenatico Village offers three fantastic swimming pools: a large pool, a medium-sized pool, and a children’s pool for our youngest guests. We also offer two hot tubs. With refreshing essences and adjustable jet pressure, relaxing after an eventful day will be a true pleasure. Refreshing drinks, ice cream, and delicious snacks await you at the kiosk. The swimming pools are open daily from late May through early September
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The motivated and well-trained team at the Mini Club takes care of children ages 3 and up. For adults, the day can begin with gentle exercise on the beach. Sports tournaments and board games on the beach are always a lot of fun. In the evening, you can enjoy cabaret shows, music, and group dancing, for example. In case of bad weather, the events will, of course, take place in our covered open-air theatre. And let’s not forget the Baby Dance for our youngest guests. A specially choreographed children’s dance. Of course, participation in our varied leisure programmes is not mandatory. And you can simply relax in the shade with a cool drink.
LEISURE AND SPORTS
The resort offers a wide range of sports activities, whether on the beach (beach volleyball) or within the resort grounds, such as the football field or the volleyball court. There’s also a tennis court.
SHOPPING
In the very well-stocked supermarket, you’ll find fresh fruits and vegetables, bread, cold cuts, cheese, and groceries. The resort also features a general store selling tobacco products, newspapers, children’s toys, beachwear, souvenirs, and camping gear.
MEALS
The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, silverware, and pans. Shopping options are also nearby. Of course, you’re also welcome to take advantage of half-board or full-board options at favourable rates. You can book these on-site (no advance reservation is required).
PETS
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed and must be registered at the time of booking. Dangerous dog breeds are not permitted (specifically: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Cane Corso, Neapolitan Mastiffs, Bulldogs, Dogo Argentinos, and some German Shepherd breeds).

CITY AND SURROUNDINGS
Cesenatico is located about 20 km north of Rimini on the beautiful Adriatic coast. In the centre is the beautiful, historic harbour, where you can take a relaxing stroll along the harbour canal. The vibrant old town is also worth seeing. Here you’ll find many seafood restaurants and other eateries, as well as nightclubs. Markets with all kinds of stalls are held every Friday and Tuesday. Those looking for a cultural experience can visit the Antiquarium with its archaeological finds, the Maritime Museum, or the art gallery in Cesenatico. The Cesenatico region is a great starting point for day trips. Nearby is the city of San Marino, perched on Monte Titano and designated an UNESCO World Heritage Site, as well as Rimini, home to the Cattolica Aquarium. If you’re travelling with children, be sure to visit the Atlantica Water Park in Cesenatico. The park offers plenty of fun with countless slides and other attractions. For animal lovers, the Zoo Safari in Ravenna is a great choice, where you can see lions, giraffes, and many other animal species. Also in Ravenna is the Mirabilandia amusement park, which guarantees fun for the whole family with its many rides and attractions! In Cesena, there is another UNESCO attraction: the Malatesta Library, considered the oldest fully preserved municipal library in Europe.
