It offers an excellent location for exploring Rome while also enjoying beach fun during your holiday. It is a state-of-the-art resort designed entirely to enhance the natural features of the area, utilising materials from the Roman agricultural tradition alongside cutting-edge technologies and amenities. The holiday park has a lot to offer: The highlight is undoubtedly the fantastic pool area, which features three pools—a great kids’ pool with water play features and a small slide, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, and a relaxation pool with hydromassage jets and much more. A bar, a children’s playground, an outdoor chapel, and sports fields for tennis, basketball, football, and beach volleyball round out the offerings. Or how about a round of mini-golf? In addition to a pool bar where you can enjoy delicious ice cream, there’s also a charming restaurant, a pizzeria, and a bar. If you’d rather eat at your accommodation, you can order food from the pizzeria directly to your accommodation via an app. During the summer months, an entertainment team provides activities for guests of all ages, and there’s also a kids’ club. For daily necessities, you’ll find items at the resort’s market/bazaar. There are also electric vehicle charging stations. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available (for a fee). During the summer months, shuttle buses run daily to take you to Castel Fusano, where you can enjoy the beautiful sandy beach. A night watchman ensures security.
The Baia Relax New accommodation sleeps up to 5 people (including at least 1 child up to 12 years old) and features a bedroom with a double bed and an attached bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. The second room has two single beds and a bunk bed positioned across from them (for a child). This room is also connected to the bathroom. The living area features a corner bench and a TV. The fully equipped kitchen is also located in the living area and includes dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The second bathroom has a sink and a toilet. The covered and elevated wooden porch with a table and chairs is perfect for relaxing, while the children can play on the playground or by the pool. Barbecuing is permitted using a gas or electric grill; you must bring your own grill. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.
CHECK-IN DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for check-in and check-out dates, as well as the minimum length of stay for your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The beach is about 4 km from the resort and can be reached in 10 minutes by shuttle bus or by car. The sandy beach slopes gently into the water, making it ideal for small children. There are also beach clubs that rent out lounge chairs and umbrellas or serve refreshing drinks. There are also public beaches where you can enjoy the sea breeze undisturbed.
POOL
The Capitol holiday park’s water park, built in 2022, offers 11,500 m² of fun. An Olympic-sized swimming pool, where you can swim laps to stay in shape, is available, as is a fantastic spray park with water slides. Here, children can play safely and have fun. Supervised by well-trained lifeguards, while adults relax at the hydromassage jets. Around the water park, there are umbrellas and lounge chairs for the whole family. There’s also a snack bar that guarantees refreshments by the pool.
