This discount can be booked up to 60 days before arrival.<br>The brick bungalow is located in a very family-friendly and well-maintained holiday village right next to the beach and not far from the centre (500 m) of Rosolina Mare. In addition to a pool area and a paddling pool, guests have access to an entertainment programme, a mini-club, a fitness centre, and a whirlpool/massage pool. The apartments are equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV. Since this holiday village is directly adjacent to the beach and the sea, it is particularly popular with families with children. The pool with ocean views, playgrounds, entertainment/mini-club, a restaurant serving international cuisine, and the many sports facilities—along with the wide, bright, gently sloping sandy beach—make this resort the ideal holiday destination.<br>The simply and functionally furnished 2-room double bungalow (two units make up one house), measuring approximately 30 m², features a double bedroom, a sleeping alcove with bunk beds, and a living room with a double sleeper sofa; a kitchenette with a microwave; a bathroom with shower and toilet; air conditioning; and satellite TV. The covered patio with a table and chairs invites you to relax comfortably while the children can play on the playground or by the pool. Travel time from the Italian border is about 4 hours; barbecuing is allowed. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style. <br>ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY<br>Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure dates, as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged. <br>BEACH<br>The resort has its own private beach directly adjacent to the resort, accessible only to resort guests. You can also rent additional beach chairs and lounge chairs on the beach. The entire beach area is supervised by lifeguards, who are on hand at all times to ensure the safety and comfort of guests. The fine-sand beach, approximately 150 metres wide, is one of the widest on the Adriatic coast. The seabed slopes very gently and is therefore ideal for families with children.<br>POOL<br>Our freshwater swimming pool is located right on the beach with a view of the sea! There, we have a large swimming pool for adults and a separate children’s pool. You also have the opportunity to relax in our hot tub. For sunbathers, there’s a large sunbathing area with umbrellas and lounge chairs available for free use.<br>FAMILY-FRIENDLY<br>The holiday village is very family-friendly and features playgrounds and children’s wading pools. All equipment is safe and TÜV-certified. Here, your children can play freely and carefree under the pine trees or on the beach, together with new friends of all nationalities—because the language of children is universal when they play. And everyone gets swept up in the fun, adults included. All the activity leaders are young, trained, and eager to entertain you during your holiday with their programme. Here are a few examples of possible activities: morning exercises, exercises on the beach and in the pool, games (tournaments such as beach volleyball, beach football, bocce, swimming, table tennis, darts, and “Games Without Borders”), singing, and dancing. And then, of course, there are various parties, dance nights, cabaret, musicals, dance classes, and much more.
