The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
No glass should be used around the POOL, if any glasses found around the Pool a Fee of $500 will be applied. Do not step on the fountain rocks. All kids must be watched around the POOL
No food, drink or any kind of trash on the Pool table, please return all the pool toys to their pockets when done using them, Do not move furniture or TVs around keep every thing in it's own place.
All the guests must follow the signs around the POOL. Please note: A liability waiver must be signed by the primary renter before access to the property. We can't wait to host you and your family:)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If checking out late one hour with no permission will be charged as the price of one day
Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation will incur a $500 fine. If you or any member of your group wish to smoke, please do so outdoors
No pets are allowed, If any guests brought a pet to the house a fee of $500 will be charged.
