The 45-square-meter apartment, which was last renovated in 2022, features a spacious living-sleeping area with a comfortable double bed in the separate, rear section, a cosy sofa area with a flat-screen TV, and a dining area that seats four people.
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped for your holiday needs. You’ll also find a Nescafé Dolce Gusto pod coffee maker and a crêpe maker.
The adjoining children’s room features a bunk bed and an additional, separate smart TV. The fully renovated bathroom features a shower and a toilet. The extra-large closet in the entryway offers plenty of storage space for your holiday essentials.
From the south-facing balcony, you can enjoy sunshine all day long and a beautiful side view of the inland sea and the salt marshes. The balcony is largely secluded and in a quiet location. All windows have blackout curtains and fly screens.
The apartment is located in the Ostsee-Ferienpark-Heiligenhafen, which is perfectly designed for tourists. The apartment is accessible by lift and is wheelchair-accessible. Bicycle and hiking trails start right outside the front door. Also within 100 metres: bars, restaurants, cafés, a children’s play area, a spa, sauna, and indoor pool, boat rentals, bike and go-kart rentals, gyms, a cinema, a bus stop, and much more. You can leave your car behind—everything is within walking distance. Free parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity.
HEILIGENHAFEN —the beautiful seaside town
The Baltic Sea spa town of Heiligenhafen is one of the few idyllic harbour towns on the Baltic Sea with its own marina, a natural, fine-sand beach, a magnificent beach promenade, and—as a special attraction—the pier built in 2012. Heiligenhafen, with its characteristic old yet idyllic brick buildings and half-timbered houses, has developed into a beautiful holiday destination on the Baltic Sea coast. Although Heiligenhafen’s popularity has grown enormously in recent years, the town is rarely overcrowded, and there are still plenty of quiet retreats.
Young and old alike can enjoy wellness and indoor recreational activities at the Aktiv-Hus. The beautiful sandy beach is just about 300 metres away, where you can spend a relaxing day in traditional Baltic Sea beach chairs. The barrier-free promenade runs along the dunes on the beach, circling the inland lake all the way into town. The inland lake beach, newly redesigned in 2018, is perfect for a leisurely stroll or simply relaxing.
For sports-loving guests, a variety of water sports and beach activities are available. A special attraction is the harbour area, which is divided into the marina and the commercial zone. Various seafood restaurants offer freshly caught fish, delicious fish sandwiches, and a variety of other specialities. If you can’t find what you’re looking for here, try the GOSCH restaurant at the marina, which opened in 2020.
Heiligenhafen offers relaxation, family time, and recreational activities for everyone.
