Our 180-square-meter country home offers up to 11 guests a nature-filled holiday in the Elbe River floodplains of Prignitz. The heart of the house is the open kitchen with a dining loft—a place where families and multiple generations love to gather. The house offers space for both togetherness and privacy.

The spacious Elbe holiday home in Wootz on the Elbe offers 180 square metres of space for up to 11 people, ideal for large families, multiple generations, or couples travelling together who appreciate nature, tranquility, and togetherness. Nestled in a tranquil lakeside landscape, shaped by the ebb and flow of the Elbe’s high and low tides, the house is located on the outskirts of Wootz, right next to a small historic chapel—a true hidden gem in the Lenzerwische region.

The house welcomes you with plenty of space and light. In the open kitchen, with a view of wild grapevines outside the window, you can cook at your leisure or treat yourself to culinary delights at one of the nearby restaurants. The centrepiece is the large family table on the dining loft, where shared meals and good conversations come together. Two living areas (one downstairs with a wood-burning stove, the other upstairs with a loft-like feel) invite you to linger—whether to read, play, or simply unwind.

Outside, the nearly 60 m² sun terrace offers unobstructed views of nature. In summer, storks circle overhead; in fall, cranes dance across the vast meadows. The peaceful village setting has a calming effect—like a natural reset for body and mind.

Four lovingly furnished bedrooms in subtle colours ensure restful nights. Two high-quality bathrooms with walk-in rain showers and plenty of storage space offer hotel-level comfort—ideal even for longer stays.

Of course, dogs are also welcome, and the large property allows both people and pets to breathe deeply. Right from the house, you can access beautiful biking and hiking trails, quiet beaches along the Elbe, and the expansive countryside of Prignitz.

In the summer, our guests enjoy swimming in our private lake, located just a short distance away.

Note: We bill for electricity, gas, and water fairly and transparently based on actual usage, so you only pay for what you actually use.
