The house offers 165 m² of living space and accommodates up to 14 guests. There are 7 bedrooms with high-quality box spring beds (either 90×200 cm or 180×200 cm), 2 bathrooms, and 2 fully equipped kitchens with living and dining areas. A spacious, comfortable living room invites you to relax.



Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, a private terrace with grill, and a furnished balcony. The mostly fenced garden is perfect for children and dogs. Unwind in the sauna or enjoy the billiard table and table tennis inside.



The house is wheelchair accessible and especially child-friendly: a playground, children's beds, and high chairs are provided. The quiet, central location near the North Sea ensures a restful stay. Supermarkets and a bakery are just 3 minutes away.



Bed linen and towels are optionally available for an extra fee. The sauna can be used for an energy surcharge. Four free parking spaces are available directly at the house. Pets are welcome for an extra fee. No visitor’s tax applies. The holiday home Nordseemeer is located in Schülp.
