Pros: Parkplatz direkt am Haus Cons: Ausstattung der Küche hatte einige Mängel . (keine Mikrowelle, zu wenig kl. Löffel, beim Herd ließen sich die vergrößerten Kochstellen nicht dazu schalten, die Regulierung der Abflüsse defekt, zu wenig Steckdosen)
