Quiet neighborhood, excellent location for hiking , convenient with ample bedrooms and bathrooms for 2 families

Spacious and clean. Good location for access to many nearby activities including high alpine highway, hiking trails, and several scenic gondolas. Close to several grocery stores. The view was not what we expected as we specifically chose this location based on a a valley/Mountain View. There is a house immediately ahead of balcony/terraces so the view of adjacent mountains/valley is an obstructed view. The location itself is still great but if choosing based on view alone, there is a house immediately ahead of the balcony. As indicated check out time is 9 am which is early and you have to take most recycling items to another location as per guidelines given during check in process which we were not aware of during booking. This accommodation doesn’t provide extra garbage bags, basic pantry items like salt or bathroom handsoap (there is shower/bath gel in each shower provided).Overall we enjoyed the central location this provided and the spacious kitchen and several bathrooms.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung, bequem und sauber. Wir haben die Sauna genossen, die herrliche Aussicht, die bequeme Betten... In der Küche haben wir fast alle Geräte, wir zu Hause, gehabt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren schnell erreichbar. Sabina hat mir immer sehr schnell geholfen, die Bürokratie am Anfang war sehr kurz und nützlich. Für uns war ungewöhnlich, dass wir keine Müllsäcke und kein Spülmittel (wenn wir etwas mit Hand abwaschen wollen...) bekommen haben. Es wäre auch nützlich, Dunstabzugshaube über dem Kochfeld zu installieren. Einmal hat die Feueralarm eingeschaltet, zwar habe ich bloß Rührei mit Speck gemacht. XD Danke für alles!
