Welcome to Apartment No. 3 in the historic Villa Pia Marie in the imperial spa town of Heringsdorf.



Spanning a spacious 85 m², this comfortable 3-room apartment on the ground floor, with its inviting country-style decor and well-thought-out layout, offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. With two bedrooms and a total of five sleeping spots, the apartment is ideal for families or small travel groups.


Living [&] Relaxing

The spacious living area invites you to linger with a cosy seating area consisting of a couch and two armchairs. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment, while the built-in gas fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere in every season.



From the living area, you can step out onto the southwest-facing balcony. Here, you can unwind after an eventful day and enjoy the view of Heringsdorf—along with a glimpse of the Baltic Sea—over a glass of wine.


Kitchen [&] Dining

The separate, fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for self-catering: an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are all at your disposal.



The cosy dining area, which seats up to five people, offers a beautiful view over the rooftops of Heringsdorf and is perfect for enjoying meals together.


Sleeping

The five sleeping spots are distributed across two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area.



The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200 cm, two separate mattresses), while the second features a double bed (180 x 200 cm, single continuous mattress). Both bedrooms also feature a flat-screen TV and ample storage space in a closet or chest of drawers.



To ensure you can enjoy your holiday right away, the beds are already made upon arrival. A shower towel and a small hand towel are also provided.


Bathroom [&] Comfort

The friendly and bright atmosphere extends throughout the entire apartment and is further enhanced by natural light in the bathroom.



The spacious bathroom features a shower, bathtub, toilet, double sink, heated towel rack, and hair dryer, and offers plenty of space for a relaxing start to your day.

Villa Pia Marie is centrally located in the heart of the imperial spa town of Heringsdorf. The beach, promenade, restaurants, bakeries, cafés, and ice cream shops are all within a few minutes’ walk. For our younger guests, there’s also a playground nearby. Shops for daily necessities are also within easy reach.


A special bonus: With your spa pass, you can ride the Kaiserbäderlinie buses for free within the Ostseebad Heringsdorf municipal area. Just leave your car behind and explore the Kaiserbäder at your leisure. Another truly special experience is the hop-on-hop-off boat from Bansin to Świnoujście (Poland), which you can use for free between the pier from April through October.
