Welcome to Meerestraum No. 2 in our historic Villa Pia Marie in the beautiful resort town of Heringsdorf. This 4-room apartment, furnished in a modern and cosy country house style, is located in the attic, measures 85 square metres, and is the ideal holiday home for up to 6 people.

In the spacious combined living, kitchen, and dining area, you’ll find a cosy sitting area with a TV, Blu-ray player, and much more You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the latest amenities (dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave) as well as a dining area for 6 people. The highlight of the apartment is the large window wall in the living room, which offers a fantastic view of the Heringsdorf sea and across the rooftops from Heringsdorf all the way to Bansin. From there, enjoy the unique atmosphere of the sea while reading an exciting book.

The six sleeping spots are distributed across three bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm / two separate mattresses). The other bedroom features two XXL single beds (100 x 210 cm), and the children’s bedroom has a bunk bed (90 x 200 cm each), which is also ideal for adults. A flat-screen TV in each of the two larger bedrooms ensures hours of entertainment from the comfort of your bed. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, toilet, and hair dryer.


In the bedroom, an additional sleeping arrangement is available for a toddler up to 3 years old in a portable cot. You can add the travel cot to your booking free of charge.

So that you can enjoy your well-deserved holiday to the fullest starting on the day of your arrival, we’ve already made up the bed for you and your loved ones and laid out a shower towel and a small hand towel.

A free parking space is available to you during your holiday, located just about 300 metres from the villa. Right in front of your holiday rental, there is a loading and unloading zone for our guests. Free Wi-Fi completes your holiday comfort.


A special bonus: With your visitor’s card, you can ride the Kaiserbäderlinie buses for free within the municipality of Ostseebad Heringsdorf. Simply leave your car behind and explore the Kaiserbäder at your leisure. Another very special experience is the hop-on-hop-off boat from Bansin to Świnoujście (Poland), which you can use for free between the pier from April through October.
