Our country house is located in a sunny, quiet spot on the outskirts of town near the spa park. All apartments/holiday rentals offer a magnificent mountain view and feature a balcony or terrace. The comfortable rooms are high-quality and fully furnished, complete with a kitchenette and sitting area. The Alpspitz apartment (Type A) measures approximately 36 m². It consists of an open-plan living/sleeping area featuring a dining nook, a sitting area with a pull-out couch, a kitchenette (kettle, toaster, drip coffee maker, sink, induction cooktop, dishes, and silverware), a separate bathroom with shower and toilet (hair dryer), a south-facing balcony, cable TV, and free Wi-Fi. We provide a starter kit consisting of tea towels, dishwashing supplies, bath towels, and bed linens. Cots can be booked for an additional fee.
The small wellness area and a garage for cars, bicycles, and motorcycles round out the amenities.
Take advantage of our convenient bread roll service as needed. The rolls are made by a local baker; orders must be placed with us by 10:00 a.m. and will be delivered to your room door by 8:00 a.m.
Our on-site sauna is also available for your use as needed.
Wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks are available to our guests for an additional fee.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Kurzurlaub in den bergen

Sehr schöne familäre unterkunft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Fam. Reese gefühlt. Wir hatten ein sehr Schönes Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick auf die Berge. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
