Bathroom with shower and 2 separate bathrooms. One of them is located on the upper level with a shower and toilet for quick trips to the bathroom. Everything else can be handled in private in the bathroom in the house’s basement, which is accessible via the terrace and down the stairs.

The property also features 2 saunas: a small one in the house’s basement and a barrel sauna in the garden. Inside the house, there is a wood-burning stove as the primary heat source, with optional air conditioning (split-system unit for cooling and heating), a fully equipped kitchen, a covered terrace and outdoor grill, 1 home pool table, and 1 parking space next to the house.
