Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Kitchen & Trash Please place dirty dishes in the dishwasher, remove personal food from the fridge, and place all trash in the designated trash bin.
Before Leaving Turn off lights, TVs, and appliances. Set the thermostat to 76°F for cooling or 68°F for heating. Place used towels in the bathroom. .
Lock Up Close all windows and doors and make sure the front door is locked. Return the backup key to the lockbox if used. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Moe is very responsive and takes care of everything. The property is beautiful and new. The area is residential. Very close to Frost center for concerts and sporting events. Property is pet friendly with a fenced backyard. Everything we needed.
