This was a wonderful place to stay. Photos are accurate and the home was exceptionally clean. Location was very convenient to RMNP. Elk roam the neighborhood and nearby river walking trail. The home had everything we needed and more. Great views, comfortable furniture, games for kids, quiet neighborhood. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

We had the best time at this absolutely beautiful cozy home with an amazing mountain view. Communication was great and timely. Very family friendly lots of games and even some big Lego blocks and cars. The hot tub was amazing after a day full of hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park. This is probably the best rental we have had the pleasure of staying at. Our grandson (almost 4) said "this is a great place to live" about 200 times during our stay. If you are planning a family getaway and this place is available you need to book it!

The home was listed correctly. Clean, stocked with everything you need, including all the extras you don’t think you will need but you’re happy to have. The only feedback I can offer, and some of this is not for the owner but for VRBO. 1. Communication is automated-to be expected, but when a renter sends a message, the receiver doesn’t see it because of a delay or because an automated message is already pared to go out. 2. Communication from the owner-we arrived and the hot tube was cold. It was not until I messaged the owner that I was told they had to refilled the hot tube because the previous renters emptied the hot tube. We would have appreciated a heads up since we have a short stay in Estes and at this house but planned to have dinner and hot tube the first night to relax after our long two days of travel pre hike. 3. There are specific towels to use for the hot tube but we didn’t find them until the last night by accident. 4. Fire place starter-we asked but didn’t receive a response. 5. Shelves are listed with number of glasses, plates, mugs etc. which I appreciate but when the number on the shelf isn’t accurate and it’s how you found it, what do you do? Check and message everytime there is a discrepancy? 6. Dryer vent was clogged. I tried to do laundry and when we dried items the drier would run for a few minutes and turn off. Over all stay was amazing. Above are a few items to add to the list for renters to not worry about.
