A friendly and cosy 50-square-meter holiday apartment on the 1st floor of House C 6 looks forward to your visit.

To the left of the entrance, you’ll find a modern and generously equipped kitchen with a spacious dishwasher, a 2-burner
ceramic cooktop, a combination microwave with convection and grill functions, and a large refrigerator with a 4-star compartment, offering plenty of
space for your food and drinks.
A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are, of course, provided.
The natural light in the bathroom, which features a bathtub and toilet, is particularly pleasant.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed with new mattresses; it is bright and quiet, and a glance out the window reveals a
magnificent mountain landscape.
In the cosy living room, you’ll find plenty of space to relax and socialise.
Two comfortable sofas are at your disposal, which can be easily converted into beds for both adults and children. A TV, radio, and free Wi-Fi ensure an entertaining evening.
Look forward to an inviting dining area with a corner bench, a large table, and two chairs—offering a great view of the
surrounding mountains and direct access to the weather-protected balcony. Here, you can enjoy your holiday day outdoors while breathing in the fresh air.
You have direct access—without having to leave the building—to the sauna, the underground car park, the
bike storage room, and the fitness room. For our younger guests, there’s a playroom and a playground where they can
let off some steam.

The Oberaudorf holiday apartment complex is situated in an idyllic location, surrounded by breathtaking nature. Go hiking through the picturesque countryside or explore the surrounding mountains by bike. In winter, the nearby ski resorts are a true paradise for sledders, skiers, and snowboarders. The Hocheck ski resort is located in the immediate vicinity. The Sudelfeld ski resort is easily accessible by car or ski bus (bus stop right in front of the apartment complex) and offers excellent slopes for skiers and snowboarders.

Bed linens, towels, and final cleaning are included in the price.
The visitor’s tax is not included in the price.

An underground parking space with direct access to the building is available upon request.
