Welcome to Villa Wimberg!

Our home combines modern elements with classic Austrian tradition and offers you and your loved ones a cosy retreat where you can relax in the sauna, the hot tub, the three cosy bedrooms, the large shared living and dining area, and the over 2,000 m² hillside garden—or head out to the festival!

The house is largely self-sufficient, has a free electric charging station, and is fully fenced!
The Accommodation
We offer you a fantastic view of the Alps from every part of the house, especially from above the house and from the sauna!

-3 bedrooms (mattresses can be set up to accommodate eight people!)

-new lounge chairs for relaxing on the lower terrace
-upper terrace with panoramic Alpine views, electrical sockets, new furniture, and umbrellas (Sunset paradise!)
-Large dining table in the living and dining area
-Transparent insect screens on all windows
-Cosy living area with a 5.1 surround sound system, new TVs, and a new comfortable couch
-Electric vehicle charging station included
-Wi-Fi via Starlink included
-Cot, high chair, etc.
-Bedding & towels included
-Great shopping in Hallein (no more than 10 minutes away by car)
-Restaurants nearby (Hallein and Salzburg)

The house is situated on a beautiful hillside and offers great activities and quiet retreats for the whole family! Whether it’s a cosy evening watching the sunset on the terrace above the house on the hillside (not yet visible in the photos—new photos will be added in the spring) or sunbathing after the sauna on the main terrace in front of the house under a beach umbrella—just let yourself be pampered!

Our house is also perfect for dogs, and four-legged friends are very welcome!

Salzburg’s city centre is easily accessible by car in about 20 minutes. The house was built for the Salzburg Festival and combines luxurious amenities (sauna, whirlpool, solar panels, attic, electric charging station, new bathrooms) with classic Austrian charm and easy accessibility.

The house is located near many ski resorts, offering you the perfect opportunity to relax after a day of skiing!

You’re welcome to charge your electric car for free at our place!

We have a new Stokke Tripp Trapp chair available, as well as other small accessories for babies and toddlers!
A new washing machine and dryer are available, as well as new lounge chairs!
Please review the house rules, which will be sent to you upon booking!

Guest access
You are welcome to use everything! This includes both the facilities (sauna, etc.) and the entire property! The property is also fully fenced—no one can wander off!

You can park and charge your vehicles in front of the garage, right in front of the house’s entrance. The key is located in a code-secured safe.
