On the outskirts Nethy Bridge, 18 km from the centre of Aviemore, in a quiet, sunny position, 6 km from the lake, 30 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. Private: garden (fenced) with lawn. Patio, garden furniture, parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Shop 600 m, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 600 m, bar 1 km, bus stop "Nethy Bridge (Dell Rd)" 550 m, railway station "Aviemore" 20 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, ski lift 38 km. Nearby attractions: Abernethy Golf Course 2 km, Cairngorm National Park, Highland Folk Museum 43 km, Inverness 55 km, Highland Wildlife Park 33 km, Landmark 17 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Cairngorms ski resort 38 km, Lecht Ski Centre 31 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Loch Ness 76 km, Loch Garten 6 km.
