Die ruhige Wohnung liegt weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Durch den nahen Campingplatz ist die Versorgungslage mit Restaurant und großem Supermarkt gegeben. Nach 50 m gibt es einen Zugang zum öffentlichen Strand, der bis Kühlungsborn West und Ost führt.
