This design apartment shines in a fresh, modern design, following an extensive facelift, and accommodates up to 7 people.

On the first floor, you'll find a large, roomy apartment, including a balcony with a view into the big garden.

The location is unbeatable: The tram station is comfortably within walking distance, and grocery stores are nearby. For guests with their own car, an exclusive parking spot is available right in front of the building.

Start your day with a NESPRESSO coffee and enjoy the amenities of this accommodation. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook for groups.

The apartment is generously designed with two comfortable 180 cm box-spring double beds, one equipped with a Smart TV, a 90 cm single box-spring bed, a 160 cm sofa bed, and two Smart TVs with Netflix. The brand-new, modern shower in the bathroom, as well as fresh towels and toiletries, are provided.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a washing machine that includes a dryer function.
