The property is well-protected, situated “on the corner” of a residential street, Likedeeler Weg 23. With 78 square metres of living space, our spacious and comfortable semi-detached thatched-roof cottage awaits you, complete with an approximately 250-square-meter garden in a central yet quiet location. The beach, the beach road, several restaurants, a bakery, 2 supermarkets, and boutiques are all within easy walking distance—between 3 and 5 minutes. The house features 4 bright rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms on the ground floor (one with a bathtub and one with a shower), and 1 guest bathroom on the ground floor. Our house is ideal for 2–4 people (and in some cases, even 5). The rooms are cosy and tastefully furnished. The ground floor and the bathrooms are equipped with underfloor heating. The living room features, among other things, an open fireplace and a flat-screen TV. The living room includes a spacious dining area and the kitchen—a kettle, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker are obligatorisch.Im n the utility room, the washing machine is available for your use free of charge. The bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one of which is connected to the attic room via an open loft. This room also features a flat-screen TV. The studio-like atmosphere is enhanced by, among other things, a large skylight. We have a carport for your car, and for your relaxation, a patio area next to the house and a separate seating area in the garden, both furnished with patio furniture.
