Enjoy a relaxing stay at the southern tip of Germany in the “Three-Country Corner,” on the island of Lindau in Lake Constance. <br><br>Our “Adam” holiday rental is located on this historic island in a charming area with numerous cafes, restaurants, and shops. Lindau’s famous landmarks—the Lindau Lion and the lighthouse—as well as the picturesque harbour are just a short walk away. The romantic old town, with its narrow streets and sights, invites you to take a leisurely stroll. <br><br>The comfortably furnished holiday rental is approximately 80 square metres in size and features a bedroom with a double bed as well as a sofa bed (140x190 cm) in the living area. The apartment is suitable for up to 4 people; optionally, the “Eva” apartment, located in the same building, can be booked for an additional two people and features a separate shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Your holiday home is located on the ground floor and features a very spacious terrace overlooking the park across the street by the small lake. <br>A nice bonus is the parking space assigned to the apartment, right next to the holiday home, which you can use during your stay. Bicycles can be parked securely in the building’s entrance area (next to the stairs). <br><br>Thanks to the apartment’s prime location near the pedestrian zone and the lakefront harbour, you can reach bakeries, supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants in just a few minutes. <br><br>Experience Lindau at its best, even in the off-season!<br>In winter, the romantic Lindau Harbour Christmas Market entices visitors with atmospheric lighting, regional specialities, and cosy market stalls right on the shores of Lake Constance. You’ll also benefit from convenient access to the ski resorts in Vorarlberg and the Allgäu—thanks to direct train connections, you’ll be on the slopes in no time and can enjoy the perfect combination of Lake Constance and Alpine charm without the stress of travel.<br><br>Amenities for a completely carefree stay:<br>Upon arrival, you’ll find freshly made beds, carefully laid out hand towels, shower towels, and tea towels, as well as a starter kit with cleaning, dishwashing, and hygiene supplies. Final cleaning, bed linens, and one set of towels per person per week are included in the price; additional towel sets can be booked at any time if needed.<br><br>Important Information:<br>Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted at this property. Flexible check-in and check-out are available seven days a week, and thanks to the key safe on-site, late arrivals are no problem.<br>Upon arrival, you’ll receive the Echt-Bodensee-Card, which grants you free travel by bus and train within the Bodensee-Oberschwaben Verkehrsverbund (bodo) area.
