Our “green” apartment is located in a turn-of-the-century house - in the middle of the city and with a green view of the inner courtyard. 60m2, bright, quiet and cozy.
It offers everything for a comfortable stay in Vienna.
The apartment is located directly at the Westbahnhof and on Vienna's largest shopping street, Mariahilferstraße, on the 1st floor (without elevator) on the quiet courtyard side.
It is fully equipped with a kitchen that includes a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher (incl. dishwasher tabs) etc...
A bedroom with a comfortable Queensize bed and a cozy sofa bed.
One bathroom, fully equipped with shower (incl. shower gel/shampoo), WC, washing machine (incl. washing detergent) and a hairdryer.
Fresh bed linen and towels are provided.

Fantastic

The property was even nicer than the photos. Very clean with a nice comphy bed/ pillows. The property manager was very quick to communicate, helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic apartment!

The Green Palm is a fantastic, beautiful apartment. Great location with easy access to trains and trams, including the airport bus. The trains make it easy to get to the Christmas Markets. There is a couple grocery stores nearby. The management team is very friendly and accommodating. My family would definitely stay here again - highly recommend.

Property was as advertised, and it was more than we expected! Apartment was spacious and well appointed, it had everything tou would need. A special note it had AC which qas very helpful if youre there during the summer! Location was also awesome as you just had to walk outside and you were by the train station, plus lots of grocery stores, restaurants and cafes close by! Special mention to Thomas who very helpful and made sure that we were doing ok. All in all a great place to stay

Wir hatten das grüne Palm Apartment und waren davon sehr angetan. Direkte Bahnanbidung, nur 2min Fussweg, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit den Betreibern war sehr gut! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
