A private parking space is located right next to the house.

Inside, you’ll find a stylish and spacious layout spread over two floors. There are a total of four cosy bedrooms—two on the ground floor and two more on the upper floor. The bright living and dining area, with its pleasant atmosphere, creates a central gathering spot for spending time together, while the modern kitchen is fully equipped.

Upstairs, the open-concept loft with a cosy armchair invites you to read and relax. Two modern bathrooms—one with a shower on the ground floor and one with a bathtub upstairs—further ensure a high level of comfort.

A special highlight is the spacious garden with a furnished terrace, a beach chair (April through October), a grill, and a separate sauna cabin—perfect for relaxing in the fresh Baltic Sea air. Additionally, a garden shed is available for shared use.
