Apartment 80sqm with 2 bedrooms and large living-dining area

This newly renovated 80 m2 two-bedroom vacation apartment with a large living-dining area is located at one of the highest points in Freyung. The bright and spacious apartment is on the 6th floor, and its two south-facing balconies offer a breathtaking view of the Alps. On clear days, you can see as far as the Dachstein and the Berchtesgaden Alps. The apartment has two bedrooms and, with a sleeper sofa, can accommodate up to five people. It also features a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. An indoor pool and sauna are located in the same building and can be accessed via a hallway. An elevator is available up to the 5th floor; the 6th floor is accessible by stairs. A deposit of 50% of the total cost is due within 7 days of booking. The balance is due 14 days before arrival. Payment is accepted via bank transfer only. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. A crib can be provided upon request (free of charge). Visitor’s tax: 3 euros per night for guests aged 16 and older; 1.50 euros per night for guests aged 6 through 15; children under 6 are exempt from the visitor’s tax. The city of Freyung is a member of the so-called GUTi network (Guest Environmental Ticket), so you can use the guest card to ride many bus and train lines in the region for free. A breakfast basket or bread roll service is available upon request for a fee. The base rate includes heating, bed linens, towels, electricity, and Wi-Fi. This is a non-smoking apartment; smoking is permitted only on the balcony.
