Sehr schönes und sehr gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Die Inneneinrichtung und Deko ist gut ausgewählt und passt zum Ostseeflair. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Ruhe und das große Grundstück. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war problemlos und sehr freundlich. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen!

Die Unterkunft ist einfach ein Traum, man findet alles was man zu einem erholsamen und schönen Urlaub braucht. Es ist sehr ordentlich, sauber und übersichtlich. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Wir haben ein sehr schönes Haus vorgefunden, das mit allem ausgestattet ist, was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt erforderlich ist. Dennoch gab es einige Punkte, die uns aufgefallen sind. So war beispielsweise eine detaillierte Liste der Küchenutensilien vorhanden, die uns dazu veranlasste, diese zu überprüfen. Dabei stellten wir fest, dass die Auflistung in einigen Punkten nicht vollständig korrekt war. Dies haben wir dem Vermieter mitgeteilt, der daraufhin sehr zeitnah und äußerst entgegenkommend reagierte. Schade war, dass die Räumlichkeiten zu dieser Jahreszeit nicht zumindest leicht vorgeheizt waren.Da das Haus über eine Fußbodenheizung verfügt,dauerte es ca.24 Stunden,bis eine angenehme Raumtemperatur erreicht war. Leider stand auch kein Kaminholz zur Verfügung, um diese Zeit zu überbrücken. Ein weiterer Punkt, der uns irritierte, war ein Bilderrahmen mit Informationen zum Haus, der mit der Bitte endete, das Ferienhaus vor der Abreise einmal durchzusaugen. Angesichts einer Pauschale von 200 Euro für die Endreinigung empfinden wir diese Aufforderung als unangemessen.Alles in allem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus.Jedoch hatten wir den Eindruck, nicht als Gäste willkommen, sondern vielmehr als geduldete Nutzer im Besitz des Vermieters wahrgenommen zu werden. Vielleicht bin ich in dieser Hinsicht etwas sensibel, doch wir nutzen häufig Ferienwohnungen oder -häuser für unseren Urlaub und haben ein solches Gefühl bisher noch nie erlebt – ganz im Gegenteil.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in diesemHaus. Alles sauber, alles vorhanden. Etwas Holz für den Ofen könnte vorhanden sein, da wir bei einemVollen Kofferraum nicht auch noch Holz mitnehmen können. Lage sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Man braucht das Auto aber jeden Tag, da die Ausflugsziele sehr weitläufig sind.

Wunderschöner Urlaub mit Erholung pur

Das Ferienhaus "BeachHouse" ist sehr modern, hell und stilvoll eingerichtet. Hervorzuheben ist die Tatsache, dass Haustiere NICHT erlaubt sind. Dies war für uns DAS Auswahlkriterium, warum wir uns für das BeachHouse entschieden haben. Bei Ankunft war das Haus sehr sauber. An den Fenstern sind Insektenschutzgitter vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer und der Agentur war sehr freundlich, Anfragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet. Wir werden das BeachHouse auf jeden Fall wieder für einen Urlaub auf Usedom buchen.

Erholsamer Herbst-Urlaub

Unsere kleine Familie hat sich von Anfang an im Beach House wohl gefühlt. Wichtige Informationen waren sichtbar platziert oder gab es vorab schon per Mail. Uns hat neben der Sauberkeit und der Ruhe vor allem die Ausstattung gefallen: Toilettenpapier, Seife, Putzmittel, Gewürze und eine Vielzahl an Küchenutensilien haben den Start in den Urlaub sehr erleichtert. Der Kamin und die Sauna waren unser Highlight.
