From the living area, which features a couch, TV, and dining area, you can step out onto the covered south-facing terrace. The open kitchen offers everything you need for self-catering. It is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, and plenty of kitchen utensils. The separate, open-plan bedroom on the upper floor (with limited headroom) is furnished with a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom (with a window) features a shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine, which round out the holiday rental’s amenities. Wi-Fi and parking for your car are, of course, free of charge.<br>A lockable shed is available for your bicycles.<br><br><br>Property:<br><br> Welcome to the Honigtopf holiday home. The three lovingly furnished holiday apartments can accommodate between 3 and 5 people, depending on the apartment, providing ample space to enjoy a relaxing and well-deserved holiday in Neddesitz on the island of Rügen.<br>In addition to its two adjacent holiday apartments, “Bernstein” and “Märchenwald,” each featuring covered south-facing balconies, and the separate cottage “Kormorannest” with a covered south-facing terrace, the Honigtopf Holiday Home offers a magnificent, approx. 1,500 m² garden property with cosy nooks and a shared barbecue area. Here, you can truly unwind and let your mind wander.<br>The two holiday apartments, 01-Bernstein and 02-Märchenwald, can be combined to create a wonderful holiday home for up to 9 people and two toddlers under 4 years of age.<br>The fine-sand beach in Glowe (approx. 8.5 km away, with beach chairs and ample parking) provides the perfect setting for swimming during the warmer months and for delightful walks. The beach in Glowe marks the southern end of the Schaabe, the longest beach on the island of Rügen, which stretches northward for 15 kilometres all the way to Juliusruh.<br>The region around Neddesitz and Sagard is characterised by the breathtaking natural beauty of Jasmund National Park, where the imposing chalk cliffs rise up. But the history behind these formations is just as impressive. Here you can discover traces of Slavic settlement dating back to the 9th century and immerse yourself in the past.<br>The area surrounding the Honigtopf holiday home offers a wide variety of opportunities and activities for an active and relaxing holiday. There are many hiking and biking trails through the picturesque landscape, each offering stunning views. It’s not just the chalk cliffs and beech forests of the Stubnitz that define the area. The nearby Chalk Museum and the view from the “Kleiner Kreidefelsen” are also popular destinations. There’s also a horse farm right next to the Honigtopf holiday home, where horse lovers of all ages will find plenty to enjoy.<br>About 400 metres from the holiday apartments is Splash Erlebniswelt, a popular highlight even on rainy days. It offers a wide variety of exciting activities and attractions for the whole family. The centrepiece is the huge Splash Water Park and leisure pool. Here, visitors can whiz down the spectacular water slides, float through the whitewater channels, or have fun in the wave pool. In addition to the water park, Splash Erlebniswelt also features a climbing wall, a fitness centre, a mini-golf course, and an indoor playground. For relaxation, there’s a large sauna area and a spa offering massages and treatments.<br>Sagard itself boasts a picturesque town centre with historic half-timbered houses, showcasing how time has left its mark here. St. Michael’s Church, a Gothic gem, is another historical highlight.<br>Sagard and Neddesitz on Rügen thus combine nature and history in perfect harmony and invite visitors to immerse themselves in the island’s fascinating past while enjoying the beauty of the surroundings.
