Nicley updated and clean but damp/musty smell. Location was good but required a drive to any attractions, restaurants, or markets. Balcony was nice but required access through the main bedroom. No communications on check-out procedures. Price was a bit high for what was offered.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the cleanliness of the house, the balcony, and the location. We sincerely apologize for the musty smell you experienced; the humid climate of Pico Island can sometimes lead to this, but we are always working hard to keep the house fresh and comfortable for our guests. We appreciate your feedback regarding the check-out procedure and will work on communicating this more clearly for future guests. Our property is nestled in a peaceful rural area, which many guests find appealing. As mentioned in the listing, having a car is recommended to fully explore the island's attractions, restaurants, and markets. Thank you once again for your valuable comments. We hope to welcome you back in the future! Best regards, Your Holidu Team.

Hi there! Thank you so much for your feedback. I truly understand how frustrating the check-in process can be, and I’m really sorry for any inconvenience you experienced. Unfortunately, my workplace doesn’t have mobile phone coverage, which can make communication a bit tricky at times. I’m really glad to hear that everything was sorted out and you were able to check in smoothly in the end. I appreciate your understanding and patience throughout the process. Your feedback means a lot to me! Best regards, Your Holidu Team.
