From February 2024, our lovingly furnished vacation apartment awaits you in the university town of Ilmenau, where you will find time to relax and unwind.



There are butchers, bakers and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity of the ultra-modern furnished apartment.



Whether summer or winter, the nearby forest and the Rennsteig offer excellent opportunities for activities and relaxation. The ski resorts of Oberhof am Rennsteig and Schmiedefeld are within easy reach. Swimming enthusiasts can dive into the refreshing waters of the outdoor pool 3 km away.

The SPA Gabelbach is recommended for wellness offers. The 124 km long Ilm valley cycle path is 200 m from the property and leads from above the source of the Ilm in Allzunah to the mouth of the Ilm in Großheringen. The ice rink, indoor swimming pool, cinema and town hall are all within a radius of 3 km. The public transport connection is right outside the front door. A free parking lot is available.



For a city or shopping tour, the state capital Erfurt, 45 km away, and Weimar, approx. 70 km away, offer everything your heart desires.

A very nice appartment with tasteful Interieur and a superb kitchen with all needful things at place.The living room with the warm colors and furniture invites to relax and enjoy the evening.The host is very friendly and showed US around in the Appartment when we arrived. Die he also provided all nexessary consumables for sanitary and kitchen use, e.g. Dishwasher Tabs etc.Nice stay and a good Chance we are coming back

Pros: Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, ruhig und bequem. Ist unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen. Cons: Leider gab es kein Schneidbrett und Schuhanzieher. Der Lichtschalter im Bad ist nicht leicht zu finden.

Einfach grandios!

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Infomaterial zur Umgebung liegt auch zur Verfügung bereit. Die Wohnung ist sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Die große Küche ist das absolute Highlight!Insgesamt ist die Wohnung ein richtiger Ort zum Wohlfühlen inklusive Frühstück auf dem Balkon :)

Wunderschöne, sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung.

Pros: Das Haus ist perfekt für einen Wander- oder Fahrrad-Urlaub gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt nebenan. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung, speziell der Küche ist ein Traum. Das Kochen macht hier richtig Spaß. Vom Balkon hat man seitlich den Blick auf den Hausberg Ilmenaus, den Kickelhahn. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Sehr schöne neue Wohnung im schönen Ilmenau

Wir haben eine sehr angenehme Woche in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Es ist alles neu und sauber, der Kontakt zum Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist gut, Einkaufen ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Ilmenau ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Touren in die Umgebung.
