Cozy spacious lodge at 1700m with sauna, right in the ski & hiking area!

In winter directly to the lifts, in summer near hiking trails or mountain bike trails. Then relax in the sauna or directly in the hot tub ... ?? Enjoy the advantage of having everything under one roof.
The ski, hiking and mountain biking area is right on the doorstep! Ski-In / Ski-Out is possible with sufficient snow conditions. You get on ski trails directly to the Zirbenwaldbahn or back to the house.

Our feel-good holiday home with 160sqm of living space, almost 700sqm of land and a terrace with barbecue is located in the middle of the larch and stone pine forest of the Turracher Höhe at 1700m.

On the ground floor, the lodge has a cozy living room with adjoining reading area / library and large open fireplace, there is also since November 2018 a large open kitchen with a cozy dining area next to a tiled stove. The kitchen is very spacious and equipped with all technical appliances. In addition to a toilet, there is also a small bedroom with sink and a bunk bed (2 sleeps).

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms with up to 12 sleeps. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with toilet, shower and sink.

The cottage is equipped with Wi-Fi and modern LCD flat screen TV's in all living and bedrooms.

In the basement there is the wellness area with sauna and whirlpool, the relaxation area with tea kitchen, flat-screen TV and fridge, a storage room with washer and dryer and a generous entrance area with enough storage space for cloakroom, shoes and even ski boots.

There is a garage, which is ideal for storing / storing the skis and in which, if necessary, also a car can be accommodated. What is new is that you can charge your electrically powered car for energy costs.

The ski lifts, shops, bars, restaurants and Lake Turracher are all within a short walk of the lodge.

The lodge is currently rented to 2 to a maximum of 12 people.
