The Buchenpark holiday villa is situated on a large, landscaped lot, surrounded by old, newly restored Art Nouveau villas—running parallel to the beach promenade. It is one of the few properties in Heringsdorf that offers plenty of open space on a beautiful lot featuring a grove of old beech trees. The historic Heringsdorf spa park also borders this property.
The location right in Heringsdorf is simply outstanding!!
Here at the “Ferienresidenz Am Buchenpark,” you can experience the charm of the imperial spas in a very pleasant way. One free parking space is available for each apartment. There is a bicycle storage room in the building. There is also a coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the building.



Buchenpark 19:

The two-room holiday apartment is approximately 32 square metres in size and is located on the ground floor of a small apartment building. It features a combined living and sleeping area with a sleeper sofa (1.40 x 2.00 m) and cable TV. The open kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, sink, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The living room and bedroom have laminate flooring.
