Etwas eng für zwei Personeen, für Kurzaufenthalt eher teuer. Sauber. Kühlschrank mit Eisfach sehr gut.

Der Aufenthalt war dank der schönen und vorallem ruhigen Lage insgesamt sehr Angenehm wenn man sich mehr ausserhalb aufgehalten hat. Das Zimmer mit Bad war leider eher den Erwartungen entgegen etwas dürftig eingerichtet. Von einem fehlenden Ventilator (den Tischventilator zählen wir mal nicht mit), bei über 30 im Dachgeschoss bis hin zu einem fehlenden Sonnenschutz am Dachfenster, wie auch einem nicht vorhandenen Feuermelder. Den Feuermelder hatten wir am ersten Tag gemeldet, gemacht wurde in den 5 Tagen Aufenthalt leider nichts. Bei dem fehlenden Sonnenschutz bzw Rollo am Dachfenster musste man sich mit einer Decke was zurecht basteln wenn man nicht durchgehend gebacken werden wollte.Ausserhalb sind die Wege runter zum Garten leider sehr verwuchert gewesen. Es wirkte leider schon ziemlich vernachlässigt allgemein. Die Nachttischlampe hat nur geflackert und von der Deckenlampe funktionierten nur 2/3 Leuchtmittel.Alles in allem ist es diesen Preis mit diesen Mankos nicht wert gewesen. Beruflich hatte ich leider schon bessere Monteurswohnungen gehabt als wie hier, eine Ferienwohnung.Und ja, wir berücksichtigen die wenigen Quadratmeter. Aber darum ging es in diesem Text auch garnicht. Ich kann den vermietenden nur ans Herz legen mal ein paar Euro zu investieren, dann würde ich allerdings trotzdem den Preis noch nicht ganz gerechtfertigt sehen. Ausser wenn es jetzt wie aktuell in der Sommer und Wandersaison ist.Teelöffel hatten wir in der Küche nicht gefunden. Sonst ok.

Schöne Wohnung im Schwarzwald

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber. Angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Abwicklung der Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Ich kann die Wohnung empfehlen.
