Exklusiver Souterrain - Zentral, Ruhig mit Großer Terrasse, Sauna und Bergblick

The house is located in one of Immenstadt’s best residential areas—quiet, sunny, and with a view of the Allgäu Alps. This holiday rental was lovingly renovated in 2019. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay.
The apartment features an open-concept layout, with the kitchen and living room separated from the bedroom by a room divider. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, and toaster.

You can relax in the evening in the sauna in the bathroom. Upon request, you can book the “Spa Package,” which includes use of the sauna, dressing gowns, and sauna towels.

There is sleeping space for a third person (sofa bed).
Please note that due to the hillside location, you’ll need to walk down three flights of stairs via an outdoor staircase (to the basement) to reach the apartment.
The centre of Immenstadt is just a 5-minute walk away. Free parking is available in front of the building. Alternatively, we offer another apartment on the ground floor.
